Adam and I just found out yesterday that we are expecting our 2nd child! We are so excited and feel very blessed. I am also terrified of taking care of two children at the same time!! If anyone with more than one child has any tips, please let me know. Ian will be almost 3 years older than the baby, so I feel that is a good distance... hopefully he will be potty trained before the baby gets here! Our due date is September 15th and please keep our family in your prayers.

Oh Ashley!!! Congratulations to you, Adam and Ian. It is scary at first you wonder will you love another child as much as you do the first. You have concerns about being able to care for two children, these are all normal. I cried because I wondered if I could do it all.
You will love them equally and you will divide your time equally. You will see strengths in one child but a different strength in the other one. It is wonderful raising siblings. They need each other and this is the beauty in having two or more. Brittney and Ethan are 26 months apart and they are and have always been so close. Brittney always says "Ethan is her bestfriend".
Good luck, you both will be great parents and Ian will love his younger sibling and be thankful for him/her.
God bless and thanks for sharing this great blessing you are a part of.

P.S. Jen is going to be a grandmother again! Woohoo
Ashley, Congratulations! I will pray for a safe pg and delivery! :)
AAAHHHHh! I'm so excited for you! And soooo glad it's not me! :) I saw that you were expecting on GeGe's facebook! I can't wait to see pictures of your cute little belly...of course not for a while.
How exciting. Clint and Curtis are about three year apart and it is wonderful. Sometime they fight, but in the end they stick up for each other. You have done a wonderful job with Ian and you will do just fine with the new one on the way. Congrats.....
Just all me "auntie"...actually is just "B", I guess!
Congratulations! How exciting! That is a good distance in age-Emma was two and a half when the boys were born. It is definitely more busy than one, but it is great!
William's surgery was to correct a hypospadias. I didn't really want to go into the details on the blog, so I just left it all pretty vague. We didn't have to remove anything ourselves-that would have been awful! I was surprised to find out how common it is, but I didn't know of anyone else who had it. He is doing great now and I am glad to have the surgery over with!
ashley. my boys are exactly two years apart..oh how fun the past few years have been! Wilder is 3 1/2 and Barker is 1 1/2 now. They love each other so much.and Im so glad they have each other. My advise to you is..talk about the baby a lot during the pregnancy and always include big brother which im sure you will..you will notice how much that Ian will grow up when baby comes home..but it is well worth it..good luck and congrats!!
Congratulation to all three of you. My kids are almost 16 years apart so I don't know how I can help lol.
Congratulations Ashley! We are very excited for your you and your family!
